A historic heart, deep roots
Founded in 1976 by Gérard and Marie-Claude Bonnet , the estate was established in a former 16th-century chapel , at the foot of the hills of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Today, it is their son Éric Bonnet who oversees the winemaking with innovation and rigor .
An exceptional geography: heat, mistral and ancient soils
Located in the southern Rhône Valley, between Avignon and Orange, the estate benefits from a dry Mediterranean climate, marked by intense sunshine and the invigorating gusts of the mistral wind. The rare earths of Châteauneuf-du-Pape express themselves here with refinement: sandy soils, rounded pebbles and calcareous molasses produce grapes rich in character, but with a unique elegance.
Organic commitment at the heart of the cellar
Since 2011, the estate has been committed to organic viticulture, with certification obtained from the 2014 vintage. This transition is accompanied by a sustainable approach that is attentive to the terroir.
