The difference between organic wine and biodynamic wine?

Even if all these definitions can be found in the same wine, a wine can very well be organic but not natural!

An organic wine must comply with organic farming specifications for both vineyard work and winemaking. Winegrowers must not use herbicides, pesticides, or other synthetic products to grow the grapes. They can simply use a limited amount of copper and sulfur for treatments. In the cellar, they are required to limit certain inputs for winemaking, but may still use certain unnatural methods. In particular, they may use acidity regulators, add yeast, or use significant amounts of sulfur.

A biodynamic wine is a wine produced using agriculture that emphasizes natural balance. It is based on organic production practices, using plants and natural preparations to revitalize the soil, but goes further, considering the entire farm as a living system, taking into account astrological and lunar factors. It is often practiced on small estates and is considered a form of alternative agriculture.
