Characteristics: The 2023 Yvorne Grand Cru from Domaine de la Baudelière is an elegant white wine typical of the Vaud region. It is characterized by subtle aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruits such as pear and apple, with distinct mineral notes from the shale and limestone-rich terroir. On the palate, it is fresh and well-structured, with a beautiful roundness and a lingering finish. Maturation on fine lees for a year adds additional depth and complexity.

Food Pairing: This Chasselas pairs perfectly with grilled fish dishes, seafood, soft cheeses like goat cheese, and Swiss specialties such as fondue or raclette. It can also accompany light poultry dishes.
