The terroir: Gneiss constitutes the bulk of the Fully vineyard. These granite-type rocks, formed within the Earth's crust, allow for a fresh, almost mineral expression of the Syrah.

Tasting and pairings : The color of this Syrah is deep ruby ​​red; it foreshadows the elegance of the bottle. Indeed, the nose is already very complex as will be the palate later: small ripe but still crunchy red fruits, discreet pepper and subtle floral aromas intermingle to form, to our great pleasure, a supple and balanced mouth supported by ripe and silky tannins!

Côte Rôtie lovers will be delighted to find a delicate "meaty" aroma on the nose, so typical of the great wines of the northern Rhône, which will pair wonderfully with red meat or game dishes!
