Features :
The 2022 Gueule de Loup vintage from Domaine Le Chemin des Rêves aptly expresses all the freshness and fire of Pic-Saint-Loup. Its color is intense, a deep red with purple highlights. The nose is lively and seductive: juicy red fruits, blackberry, raspberry, but also touches of black pepper, garrigue, and fine leather. On the palate, the attack is frank and dynamic. The Syrah dominates with its elegant tannins and straight structure, while the Grenache brings roundness and indulgence. The finish, persistent and mineral, reveals a subtle return of spices and licorice. A wine both wild and refined, reflecting its terroir.

Food and Wine Pairings:
Perfect with grilled rib-eye steak, prune tagine, game terrine, or a strong cheese. Serve at 16–17°C after allowing to air slightly.

The Estate:
Born from a passionate reconversion, Domaine Le Chemin des Rêves is located in Saint-Gély-du-Fesc, north of Montpellier, on the foothills of Pic-Saint-Loup. Using certified organic farming, the estate crafts precise, vibrant, and sincere wines, vinified gently with minimal intervention. The Gueule de Loup plots, located on clay-limestone soils and swept by the winds, give birth to a cuvée emblematic of the estate: fresh, aromatic, and profoundly Mediterranean.
