Wine Origin: The vines thrive on varied Jurassic soils, from stony to marly, always enriched with limestone. These soils, low in nitrogen but rich in minerals, give the wine an exceptional quality, worthy of the reputation of Neuchâtel's "Little Burgundy."

Tasting: This wine has a brilliant pale yellow color. On the nose, it bursts with aromas of citrus and flowers, followed by an intense note of passion fruit. On the palate, the wine is exuberant but retains remarkable finesse and elegance, offering a complexity that unfolds into a long finish.

Food and wine pairing: This Sauvignon Blanc pairs perfectly from aperitif to dessert. It pairs perfectly with seafood and goat cheese, and is also excellent with white or yellow fruit desserts.
