Origin of the Wine: Grown on the varied Jurassic soils of Neuchâtel, ranging from stony to marly, these limestone-rich, nitrogen-poor terroirs, combined with a high mineral content, are ideal for producing a high-quality Viognier.

Tasting: This wine is characterized by a pale golden yellow crystalline color. It offers a captivating nose marked by notes of apricot, exotic fruits, and a delicate floral bouquet. On the palate, it presents a perfect balance between acidity and fullness, with a texture that is neither too tight nor too oily, leading to a long and impressive finish enriched with nuances of mandarin.
