Characteristics : Silas Hörler's 2022 Village Pinot Noir offers beautiful aromatic intensity with dominant notes of red and black fruits, notably raspberry and blackberry. These aromas are enhanced by subtle touches of vanilla, caramel, and spicy nuances from its aging in French barrels, approximately 30% of which are new. On the palate, this Pinot Noir is soft and round, with well-integrated tannins and balanced acidity that pleasantly extends the finish.

Food Pairing : This wine pairs perfectly with meat dishes such as veal, pork, poultry, as well as local Grisons specialties. It is also ideal with mature cheeses or lightly spiced dishes.
