Characteristics: The Mâcon La Roche-Vineuse from Domaine de la Denante has a clear, brilliant gold color with green highlights. The nose is refined and elegant, combining white flowers and the minerality of the terroir, along with subtle hints of dried fruit. On the palate, a vigorous attack leads to a surprising yet elegant aromatic explosion, culminating in a long, rounded finish.

The Estate: Domaine de la Denante is a family-run estate located in Davayé, in the heart of the Mâconnais region. Founded in 1975 by Robert Martin, the estate now covers 18 hectares of vines cultivated using sustainable practices. The plots, situated on rolling hillsides descending from the rocks of Solutré and Vergisson, benefit from clay-limestone soils ideal for expressing the full potential of Chardonnay.
