Grape variety: 100% Chasselas, plot selection, highlighting the quintessence of this traditional grape variety.

Wine Origin: Grown on the Dézaley hillside, renowned for being the most exposed area in all of Lavaux, this Chasselas benefits from an exceptional terroir. The vines are planted on clay-limestone terraces of fluvio-glacial origin, which gives the wine its unique characteristics.

Tasting: This wine is distinguished by its pale yellow, crystalline color with light gray highlights. On the nose, it offers a harmony of mineral and citrus aromas, complemented by delicate hints of honey and hazelnut. On the palate, the balance between richness and acidity is perfect, reflecting the aromas perceived on the nose. The wine is characterized by great elegance, with a full attack and persistent volume that leads to a fresh and appetizing finish.

Food and wine pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, this Chasselas also pairs perfectly with lake products, Gruyère cheese, or white meats. It's a wine that pairs well with a variety of dishes, offering a rich and satisfying taste experience every time.
